We spend a lot of time at work. Which means we spend a lot of time building movement patterns to suit our work. Regardless of whether it’s an office or a warehouse, our bodies and brains are constantly practicing patterns.
Often, those patterns aren’t helping us. We might overuse one part of the body and completely bypass another. We might not be able to recognise when things need to change.
That’s why I am passionate about using yoga as a tool to help us learn about our own movement habits. Over time, this makes our everyday movement safer and more sustainable.
In my workshops, participants use yoga techniques to learn how to recognise their own movement habits, and how to improve them. I work with your team to build body awareness and create bespoke flows to build strength, mobility and skills that are specific to their needs.
Specialised workshops are available for;

- Office settings
- Education settings
Workshops are available starting from $225 per hour, including equipment and travel. Half-day intensive workshops are also available from $23 per person.
